Connect your QuickBooks Online company and MitoBooks imports your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, products and transactions. When the import finishes, MitoBooks compares its trial balance with QuickBooks' own and shows you any account that doesn't match.

Yes. Connect your QuickBooks Online company and MitoBooks imports your accounts, customers, vendors, products and transaction history. When it's done, it compares its trial balance with QuickBooks' own so you can confirm the balances carried over.
Yes. Invite as many people as you need at no extra cost. Each person gets a role, such as Accountant or Viewer, that controls what they can see and change.
No. MitoBooks keeps the records and produces the reports your tax preparer needs, including sales tax liability and a 1099 contractor summary.
AI Capture and the assistant use your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, which you add in Settings. The AI provider bills you directly for that usage. Everything else in MitoBooks works without a key.
